On the LAST (used to be 3rd) Sunday of each month Community Arts Council of Vancouver and Village Vancouver coordinate an eco-arts creation session starting at 2 pm Bring a potluck snack to share while we work.
You are welcome to attend all or part of the time. Feel free to drop by or stay for the whole time.
We'll break for a potluck dinner around 5pm.
Sunday, November 27, 2011- Making eco-art lanterns for Winter Solstice
December - instead of a Sunday night, we'll be part of the Winter Solstice at Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden where Community Arts Council facilitates a community-created eco-arts lantern.
December 21.- sign up to help. Volunteers needed in afternoon for setup and then for 2-hour shifts from 6-10pm and cleanup.
Volunteers also needed in advance to create this year's eco-arts lantern structure; source materials; make signage and display.
